Human Resources Generalist
The Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg is seeking a Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about people, equity, and purpose-driven work. This on-site role plays a vital part in supporting our staff and strengthening our organizational culture so that our team can advance health equity and community well-being. Reporting to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, the HR Generalist oversees key human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, HR systems, and employee relations, while also supporting HR initiatives and organizational learning. The ideal candidate brings HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and mission-driven workplace.
Salary range: $77,250 – $97,850
