Alexus serves as the HR Generalist for the Foundation, where she supports the organization’s workforce and helps strengthen the systems and processes that support our team. She believes in an empathetic, people‑centered approach to HR that fosters environments where individuals feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow, contributing to both personal and organizational success.

Alexus is a SHRM‑CP–certified HR professional and is currently pursuing her MBA. She brings more than 10 years of leadership and human resources experience across service-focused and nonprofit organizations.

Throughout her career, Alexus has led initiatives to modernize HR systems, enhance employee engagement, and equip managers to build high‑performing teams. Most recently, Alexus contributed to people operations and HR strategy at Ronald McDonald House of Tampa Bay, where she improved recruitment workflows, streamlined HR processes, and expanded employee development efforts.

Outside the office, Alexus provides resumé writing and interview preparation to help individuals navigate career barriers and pursue fair opportunities for advancement. She also enjoys good food, lip sync battles, and creative writing.
