Ken Shapiro is the co-founder and CEO of Apriqot, which develops health data analytics solutions at the intersection of demographics, geographics, and health. Ken is a seasoned public health leader with extensive experience across the public and private sectors. His career highlights include helping lead Marin County’s COVID-19 response, designing and implementing a Medicaid innovation waiver program, and serving as an Analyst in the Office of the President of the U.S. and Executive Officer at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Ken is recognized for fostering cross-sector collaboration and delivering lasting solutions to complex challenges. He is passionate about improving systems and strengthening communities. Ken proudly serves on the Healthy St. Pete Foundation board, supporting initiatives that improve the well-being of St. Petersburg residents.
