Raena Boston is the Foundation’s HR Administrator. In this role, she supports our workforce and amplifies the power of our people in achieving our mission. In addition, she will support the Foundation’s DEI initiatives.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Raena worked as an HR Generalist for a global professional services firm. She also co-founded the national nonprofit Chamber of Mothers, which advocates for paid family and medical leave, universal childcare, and improved maternal health.

A journalist by trade, Raena holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and a minor in Africana studies from the University of South Florida. She is also a thought leader on the intersection of care and work. Her insights have been featured on PBS Newshour, NPR, and Good Morning America. In 2023, she was awarded the Care Catalyst award by the nonprofit Caring Across Generations for her work as a care influencer.

When she’s not working, Raena enjoys spending time with her family, lifting heavy weights, and finding her next read at Tombolo Books.
