Virtual Courageous Conversations
Join the hundreds of other local leaders who have started a courageous conversation about race. Intentional dialogue and self-reflection around race have the power to shape practices, policies, and outcomes. Race matters, and more than ever, the capacity to understand and communicate how race impacts our lives is essential for those in leadership positions.
Courageous Conversation™ is an award-winning protocol for effectively engaging, sustaining, and deepening interracial dialogue. This powerful two-day seminar examines the impact of race in our lives and fosters the development of essential literacy and competency through which to experience our personal, professional, and organizational ways of being.
This introductory seminar delivers a foundation for the pursuit of systemic change through a lens of racial equity and is offered at no cost to you or your organization.
