All appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations for 65 and older residents are now full.

Residents who were unable to book appointments today should still register an account at https://www.patientportalfl.com to ease future scheduling.

Notifications of new vaccine appointment openings in Pinellas will not be available through sign ups on the patient portal. Residents are asked to check the website https://covid19.pinellascounty.org/vaccines, Facebook and Twitter for regular updates.

There are no vaccines available for residents without appointments, and there is no waiting list.

To date, more than 65,000 doses have been distributed in the county to long-term care facilities, hospitals, health centers, pharmacies, state health departments and residents ages 65 and over.

Pinellas County Government noted at 11:59am that the site has not yet been re-activated. Follow (https://www.facebook.com/PinellasCountyNews) for up-to-date announcements, including when the problem is resolved and appointments are available.

UPDATE 2 | JANUARY 23, 2021 | 11:28 a.m.

The FLDOH has stated that appointments are still available and that the national vendor for Patient Portal expects the Pinellas location site to be back on-line within the next 15 minutes. Please plan accordingly.

We will continue to update this page as appointment updates become available to us. Please know there may be a small delay between when appointments are full, and when our team is notified. Remember, additional vaccine appointment windows will become available in the coming weeks if you are unable to book today.

UPDATE 1 | January 23, 2021 | 10:53 a.m.

As of 10:53 a.m. there has been a national outage for the Vaccine Appointment Website. Florida Department of Health is working rapidly to get the site back online. At this time, for Pinellas residents, there are appointments still available. The best method to try to obtain one will be through the Patient Portal Help line (844) 770-8548). As of 10:53a.m., residents are reporting approximately an hour wait time. Updates will be made on this webpage as they become available.

Please keep in mind that there are 250,000 eligible seniors who are striving for limited appointments. Additional appointment windows will arrive in the coming weeks.
